I currently serve as the Lead Pastor at Peerless Church in Cleveland, TN. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Pastoral Ministry and a Master’s in Church Leadership and Administration. I’ve served in various local church leadership roles, including youth pastor, associate pastor, and lead pastor. While attending seminary, I had the great privilege of working as a social advocate.

For nearly 18 years I served our internation body of believers from the headquarters in Cleveland TN, where I served as Chapel Pastor for 7 years, oversaw Fields of the Wood (which holds the largest Ten Commandments in the world!) in Murphy, NC, coordinated Christian Education and Curriculum Development for the Church of God of Prophecy, and served as the Editor for One Accord Resources, Inc., which produces materials that reach approximately 80,000 people every week (English) and is translated around the globe. Through this position, I authored countless works and lessons that continue to circulate around the globe. I am passionate about the Bible, and about properly handling this Word of Truth.

2 things you should know:

1) I think the duck-billed platypus is God’s inside joke

and

2) My wife and I were once contestants on Wheel of Fortune (you can read the saga here).

I currently reside in Cleveland, TN with my wife Kristi, and our three children, Jake, Abby, and Alli, who are all now in college. Although we’re technically empty nesters, our home is rarely empty, as it’s continually filled with the sound of young adults clamoring for space, connectivity, and anything that comes from our fridge and/or pantry.
